New Orleans is ready to host the “best” and “safest” Super Bowl in the sporting event’s history Sunday, Louisiana Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser told Newsmax.

“I got my jersey on, will be riding in the Super Bowl parade,” Nungesser told Thursday’s “Wake Up America.” “You know we know how to throw a parade, with Mardi Gras, so, it’ll be viewed across the world, the Super Bowl parade, leading up to the big game.”

President Donald Trump will be in attendance when the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles take to the field at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, in a first for a sitting president.
