North Carolina GOP Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson said Monday he would take legal action against CNN for publishing what he calls “salacious lies” about posts he allegedly made on a pornography website over a decade ago.
CNN reported that Robinson, the candidate for governor, posted racist and sexually explicit comments on the site “Nude Africa,” in which he called himself a “Black Nazi” and a “perv.”
During a campaign stop in Wilkesboro, Robinson denied the allegations, dismissing them as false and irrelevant to current issues.
